Privacy Policy

1.2. Physiopics – Creator and provider of Muuv gymnastics cards, online shop at www.muuvbaby.com;

1.3. Client – a natural person of legal age whose activity is not restricted by a valid court order or a legal person;

1.4. Services – all services provided by Physipics to the Client;

1.5. cookie – a small file that is sent to the device of the customer visiting the Physiopics e-shop. This definition includes the use of files of a similar nature to a cookie file;

1.6 Order Terms and Conditions – the approved Physiopics online shop sales rules.

1.7. “Direct Marketing” means any activity aimed at offering Physiopics goods and services to a Customer by e-mail, telephone or other direct means, or at soliciting the Customer’s opinion on the proposed goods or services.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 Physiopics’ Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the storage, collection and processing of personal data when using Physiopics’ services.

2.2 The Privacy Policy is intended to ensure the security and protection of personal data of the Clients in order to protect them from unlawful use of personal data.

2.3 By using the Physiopics Site, the Customer confirms that he/she accepts these Privacy Policy and consents to the processing of his/her personal data. The Privacy Policy is public and available to everyone on the Physiopics website. Each new customer who enters into a sales transaction with Physiopics for the first time, confirms his/her consent to the processing of personal data.

2.4 The Physiopics website contains links to the websites of other companies and organisations and that the Seller is not responsible for the terms, conditions and presentation of such websites or the privacy policy they provide. In such cases, the Customer must familiarise itself with the rules, privacy policies and other documents of the companies advertising on the Physiopics website.

2.5. The Customer may make a purchase on the Physiopics Site without registering as a Customer. In case of a purchase without registration, the Customer is obliged to disclose the following personal data to the Seller: name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and delivery address. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data disclosed by him.

2.6 The Seller needs to collect the following personal data of the Customer for the purposes set out below:

2.6.1. e-mail address – necessary to send the Customer an order confirmation and other documents related to the purchased goods (invoice, technical documentation, warranty documents, etc.); to contact the Customer in the cases provided for in the Terms of Use; to send direct marketing offers with the Customer’s consent.

2.6.2. telephone number – necessary to inform the Customer about the status of the order, including to inform the Customer, together with the order number, when the goods are ready for delivery by parcel post or other postal service, to inform the subscriber who has placed the order of how to collect the order; to contact the Customer in the cases provided for in the Terms of Use or to arrange delivery of the goods when using the Courier Service; to send direct marketing offers with the Customer’s consent.

The security of Physiopics purchases is guaranteed by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate.

The Seller uses the Customer’s personal data for the provision of services and delivery of goods, for communication with the Customer and for performance analysis and, where the Customer has consented, for direct marketing purposes. The personal data shall be kept for seven calendar years from the moment the data is provided to the Seller.

3.2 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Customer’s personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

3.2.1. if the Customer consents to the disclosure of his personal data;

3.2.2. for the provision of a service or for ordering goods or services from Physiopics’ Cooperation Partners, if the Customer’s personal data are required for the delivery;

3.2.3. in the manner prescribed by the law enforcement authorities in the Republic of Estonia;

3.3. the Client has the following rights:

3.3.1. to submit a written request to the Seller for the Seller to disclose to the Customer the personal data collected about the Customer to date. 4.3.3.3. The information shall be forwarded to the Customer’s e-mail address;

3.3.2. to submit a written request to the Seller to be informed of the collection of his personal data and to find out for what purposes they are processed and to whom his personal data have been disclosed during the last year. The information shall be provided to the Customer by e-mail;

3.3.3. submit a request to the Seller by e-mail to mtuphysiopics@gmail.com to request the suspension of the processing of personal data relating to him/her, and to receive a copy of the personal data relating to him/her;

3.3.4. not to consent to the processing of personal data as provided for in the Privacy Policy. In this case, the Customer will not be able to purchase goods or services from the Physiopics website;

3.4. the Seller shall store the Customer’s order-related data for seven (7) calendar years starting from the calendar year following the end of the Seller’s financial year for the purpose of ensuring the realisation of the Seller’s rights and obligations and the Customer’s rights as a purchaser and consumer (e.g. return of goods; warranty; recall of goods; tax law; enabling the payment of claims by persons).

3.5 The Customer is not obliged to disclose its personal data to third parties and the Seller is also prohibited from disclosing personal data to third parties. In case the Customer notices anything suspicious, the Seller must be informed immediately.

3.6 In order to ensure the full quality of Physiopics’ services, Physiopics uses cookies on its website. The Customer can see what kind of information (cookies) are stored by the Seller or the Seller’s Collaboration Partners, and the Customer can also partially or completely delete cookies. The Customer accepts the Privacy Policy by agreeing to the inclusion of cookies on his/her computer. The Customer may withdraw this consent at any time, but in this case not all necessary functions of the Physiopics e-shop may work. The Customer has the right to ask Physiopics’ Collaborating Partners which cookies they use.

3.7. Other types of cookies – are used to collect information and statistical data in order to provide the Customer with relevant and interesting content and to keep a history of visits.
