Terms and conditions of sale for Muuv exercise cards

The owner of the Muuv exercise cards online shop (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is Physiopics MTÜ (registration code 80566879), located in Tallinn.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop. The prices of the products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products. The price is subject to a delivery charge. The delivery charge depends on the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.

Placing an order

In order to place an order, you must add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the goods will then be displayed, which can be paid by card. If the buyer has a promotional code, it can be entered in the shopping cart. After entering the promotional code, the new price will be displayed with the applicable discount. Discount codes are available during different promotions. Information on the validity of the promotional code will be included with the relevant promotional information. In the shopping cart, the amount of the purchase will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid by bank transfer.

The contract will enter into force as soon as the amount due is credited to the account of the Online Shop.

In the event that the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.

Delivery

Deliveries will normally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-2 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

Payment methods

The Online Shop is settled in euro and payment for the purchase can be made by bank transfer. You can choose the appropriate bank transfer when making the purchase. Once the order has been confirmed, the user will be redirected to the chosen online bank for payment.

Right of withdrawal

A 14-day right of return applies to goods purchased from the e-shop. The returned product must be undamaged, complete, in its original packaging and unused. In order to return the product, a withdrawal request must be sent by e-mail to mtuphysiopics@gmail.com. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer must return the purchased product without delay, but no later than 30 days after notification of withdrawal.

In the event of a return, the money will be refunded to the user immediately, but not later than 30 days after the product has been returned. The money will be transferred to the same account from which it was received. The user undertakes to bear the full cost of returning the goods, unless, if the product to be returned did not correspond to the consumer’s order. If, after the product has been returned, it is found that the product does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in clauses 1 to 3 of the User Agreement, the money shall not be refunded to the User and the returned product shall remain in the custody of Physiopics MTÜ.

Right of complaint

The Online Shop shall be liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the purchaser which was already present at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within a period of up to two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the purchaser. During the first six months after the delivery of the goods to the purchaser, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Shop to rebut this presumption.

In the event of a defect, the Buyer has the right to contact the Online Shop within one month at the latest by sending an e-mail to mtuphysiopics@gmail.com or by calling +372 55571689.

The Online Shop is not liable for defects that occur after the delivery of the goods to the buyer. In the event that the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is liable, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. In the event that the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Shop will refund the buyer all the fees that were included in the sales contract.

The online shop will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The Online Shop will use the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.

The online shop transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.

The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The purchaser may opt out of receiving offers and newsletters by e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

Dispute resolution

If the purchaser has a complaint about the Online Shop, he/she should send it by e-mail to mtuphysiopics@gmail.com or call +372 55571689.

If the buyer and the Webshop are unable to settle the dispute by agreement, the buyer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be consulted and an application can be submitted here (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/)
